Wondering what to have for breakfast? Something healthy, easy & quick to prepare?
We have something in store for you! - The Banana-Date Smoothie.
Get hold of the following ingredients -
- 2
medium ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup
dried dates
- 2 cups of milk (can be almond milk or any flavored milk of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon
ground cardamom
- 1/2
medium lime that is to be squeezed & use the juice
- 4
ice cubes
- Pinch salt
BLEND all the above ingredients mentioned in a mixer grinder and Voila! Your Smoothie is to ready to be served chilled in a glass.
