A spiritual tradition, YOGA, as it's roots can be well traced about 5000 years ago, have been then & now adopted by various religious like Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. 



Yoga, as it is scientifically proven to be extremely beneficial for mankind, imparting many psychological and physical effectiveness. Regular practice of yoga can definitely boost your mood & immunity system adding more power during these hard times of fighting against the #CoronavirusOutbreak or #COVID19. 

We are proud and thankful to have Miss Sloka of Grade 6A3 (2020 - 21) who is well versed in various yoga forms and has explained clearly through various postures. We wholeheartedly express our gratitude to #PasiTV for reaching out to our little champ, focusing on her talent and helping her to connect with millions.
