Creating ART or even viewing other's form of artistic works always helps people explore the deep emotions, develop self-awareness, cope up with stress, boosts self-esteem, and work on social skills. 


Having so much of stress to deal with because of the lockdown & the immense pressure of the coronavirus outbreak, we all have to deal with it in a very positive way. Art therapy can definitely help you deal with your emotional issues & make you feel stronger. 


It helps us enhance our mental health stability. We have Miss Shaik Ayesha of Class 10A1 (2020 - 21) who has shared with us, a beautiful magnificent piece of artwork.
